The second part of Greystone Presbyterian Church's mission is to  nurture and grow disciples of Jesus Christ.  Matthew 28:18-20 says, "And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'"  That is our mission!  We are excited about the things God is doing in our congregation now, but we are even more excited about what God could be doing in your life in the near future.  We offer many opportunities to grow in faith and to be energized.  Please join us before worship or throughout the week!

The Pastor's Bible Study takes place every Sunday morning at 9:15am.  If you have ever wanted to get deeper into the sermon message, this is bible study for you.  We study two or three bible passages that inform the preaching text and then dig deep into the passage we will hear preached at the 10:30am worship service.  PBS also gives you the opportunity to ask all those questions that inevitably come up during worship.  PBS is a great place to start growing in faith if you are new to the church too!

Starting in January, Greystone Presbyterian Church will offer an exciting bible study called Disciple: Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study.  We meet every Tuesday night from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the parlor.  If you are hungering for more of the Word of God or if you have never been in another bible study, Disciple is an excellent way to get in touch with the scriptures and to learn more about God.  Disciple blends approachable video presentations by top scholars with great group discussion and small groups.  Over thirty-four weeks, you can experience the power and grace of the entire bible.  If you have been waiting for the right opportunity to grow in faith, this is an excellent opportunity for you.  I have taught Disciple before and have seen the impact it can have on member's faith lives.  I have seen the explosion of spiritual growth and spiritual energy Disciple can cause firsthand.   Disciple is truly life changing and I urge you to join us as we become disciples together!
